1. Acceptance and scope

Coalition of Healers (“Coalition,” “COH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates coalitionofhealers.com and related directories, forms, applications, event listings, resources, membership features, and other services we make available from time to time (collectively, the “Services”).

If you use the Services on behalf of a business, organization, or practice, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

We may update these Terms as the Services change. The “Last updated” date above shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Directory, educational content, and healing information

The Coalition is a directory, community, and educational resource. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, or other licensed professional services through the website.

Practitioner profiles, articles, event listings, modality descriptions, and other site content are provided for general information and discovery. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your individual circumstances.

Practitioners listed through the Coalition are independent businesses or individuals. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of the Coalition. Inclusion in the directory does not guarantee a particular outcome, and users are responsible for deciding whether a practitioner is appropriate for their needs.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional rather than relying on the website.

3. Membership, applications, and practitioner responsibilities

Membership applications may be reviewed before approval. We may request additional information and may accept or decline an application when reasonably necessary to protect the Coalition, its members, or the public.

Members and listed practitioners are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and for maintaining any licenses, certifications, permits, insurance, disclosures, or other requirements applicable to their own services. The Coalition does not assume responsibility for a member’s professional practice, representations, products, services, or client relationships.

Members agree not to use the Coalition in a deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or unlawful way, including misrepresenting credentials or using Coalition channels primarily to recruit for a multi-level marketing program without written approval.

Membership benefits may include directory visibility, event or content opportunities, profile features, promotional support, or other services described on the applicable membership page. Benefits may evolve as the Coalition changes. Nothing in membership guarantees leads, clients, search rankings, sales, revenue, or business growth.

4. Profiles, events, reviews, and other submitted content

You may be able to submit profile information, photographs, logos, event information, articles, links, testimonials, comments, or other material (“User Content”). You remain responsible for User Content you submit.

By submitting User Content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights, violate privacy, contain unlawful material, or materially misrepresent you or your business.

You grant the Coalition a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and promote User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Services and your participation in them. This license does not transfer ownership of your original content to the Coalition.

We may edit User Content for formatting, length, accessibility, spelling, technical compatibility, or site consistency, but we are not obligated to review every submission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory activity;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, credentials, affiliation, or services;
• scrape, harvest, collect, or reuse personal information from the directory for spam, bulk solicitation, data brokerage, or other unauthorized purposes;
• send malware, interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, or place an unreasonable load on the Services;
• copy, mirror, republish, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the site or directory without permission;
• use Coalition branding in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, ownership, certification, or an ongoing affiliation that does not exist; or
• use the Services in a way that materially harms the Coalition, its members, visitors, or other third parties.

6. Membership fees, payments, and refunds

Current membership tiers, pricing, renewal periods, and included benefits are shown on the membership page or otherwise communicated during the application or purchase process. Those current terms control over outdated pricing that may appear in older materials.

Fees are due as stated at the time of purchase or renewal. Unless a separate written policy, checkout term, or agreement says otherwise, payment covers the applicable membership term and does not guarantee a specific number of referrals, leads, events, impressions, or other business results.

Refund requests, if any, are handled under the refund terms presented at purchase or under any separate written agreement. The Coalition may suspend unpaid membership benefits until amounts due are resolved.

7. Third-party websites and services

The Services may link to practitioner websites, social networks, payment providers, maps, videos, event tools, analytics providers, or other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their own operators and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

A link does not by itself mean the Coalition endorses every statement, service, product, or policy of the third party. Use third-party services at your own discretion.

8. Coalition intellectual property

Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Coalition owns or licenses the site design, original text, graphics, logos, branding, directory organization, and other materials created for the Services. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not reproduce, sell, rebrand, distribute, or create a competing copy of protected Coalition materials without written permission or another lawful basis.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every listing, statement, link, event, practitioner representation, or site feature will always be complete, accurate, available, secure, or error-free.

The Coalition is not responsible for the acts, omissions, professional judgment, services, products, advice, injuries, losses, disputes, or outcomes of independent practitioners, event organizers, members, visitors, or third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coalition and its directors, officers, volunteers, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply in every circumstance.

10. Content removal, suspension, and termination

We may remove content, suspend features, decline publication, or terminate access when we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms, nonpayment, material misrepresentation, unlawful conduct, a security risk, harm to the Coalition or others, or another legitimate operational reason.

If a membership or listing ends, you must stop representing yourself as a current Coalition member if that representation is no longer accurate. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and payment obligations—remain in effect.

11. General terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific written agreement that applies to a particular service, form the agreement between you and the Coalition regarding use of the Services.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
