What I Offer
Reiki and Chakra Balancing
Reiki is a Japanese technique that means “spiritually guided life force energy.” Reiki is a holistic treatment that uses light touch and energy exchange to support relaxation, stress reduction, and healing.
The benefits range from stress reduction, anxiety, body aches, and pains, to promoting deep relaxation, and overall well-being for mind, body, and spirit. Shauna is an intuitive practitioner who uses this practice to achieve positive results for your highest good with each session.
Reiki and Chakra balancing go hand in hand. In a session, Shauna will run the seven chakra centers and whatever other areas she is intuitively guided to do.
Shauna is a level three certified Reiki practitioner. This is the highest level you can achieve. She has been practicing since 2015.
Reiki sessions are $85 for 60-70 minutes
Therapies
Shauna uses LED light therapy including Red light, blue light, green light, yellow light, white light, cyan light, and purple light. She does not use chemicals for skin care. After your light therapy session, she will apply an all-natural chemical-free detox mask and end with a light facial massage.
Shauna has a certification in Aromatherapy. She can create oil blends to support the client’s needs and will diffuse them while the client receives whatever service they booked.
Crystal healing is primarily used with Reiki, but not exclusively. Intuitively guided, Shauna uses her crystals to help align the body and the energy. Clients can bring their crystals and she will incorporate them into the session.
$30 per 30 minutes, price increases per 10 minutes.
Detoxification
Ionic foot bath detox works using salt water. The array is placed in the foot tub along with your feet. The power supply delivers low-level direct current to the array. This causes the combination of the metals in the array and the salt water to generate positively and negatively charged ions by separating water molecules into hydrogen and hydroxide ions. The ions travel through the body attaching to toxins. T These are pulled out through the porous parts of your body such as the soles of your feet.
Detoxing foot bath is $40 for a 30-minute session

“My passion for helping others through holistic modalities started in 2015 when I began studying essential oils, aromatherapy, Reiki, and massage therapy. Since then, I have been committed to learning about new approaches to holistic healing and have spent countless hours researching and studying new techniques.
Although I have spent the last five years in Florida, my heart has always been in Cody, where I was born and raised. I returned to my hometown this past August to continue pursuing my passion for helping others.
As a licensed cosmetologist with 24 years of experience since 2000, I have had the privilege of helping many people feel good about themselves. My experience in cosmetology has taught me how important it is to take care of oneself from the inside out, which is why I decided to delve into the world of holistic modalities.

I am a certified Reiki Master, (2015), certified aromatherapist, and certified massage therapist. (2016)
I am also in the process of getting certified in naturopathy, I hope to finish up sometime this summer. I have always had a passion for helping others.
