What I Offer
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is the direct training of brain function, through which the brain learns to function better and more efficiently. Self-regulation is the brain’s core skill. During development, the brain learns self-regulation by way of feedback on its interaction with the world. We can now augment that process by allowing the brain to see itself in action from moment to moment through its brainwave activity, the EEG.
We apply sensors to the scalp to detect the brainwave activity. (Nothing goes into the brain. This is not a brain stimulation technique.) The tiny brain signal is amplified, and key brainwave frequencies are extracted.
Neurofeedback helps with conditions that are of concern to nearly everyone: stress reactivity, quality of sleep, alertness, energy level, mood regulation, appetite regulation, attention, and cognitive function more generally. Our neurofeedback is training in optimum functioning.
Mindset Coaching
You see life through your unique lens. This is your mindset – the assumptions and expectations you hold about yourself, your life, and the situations around you. Research shows that mindsets play a significant role in determining life’s outcomes. By understanding, adapting, and shifting your mindset, you can improve your health, decrease stress, and become more resilient to life’s challenges.
SOQI Bed and Chi Machine
The hothouse and warming pad with FIR (far infrared rays) technology. It benefits damaged tissue, activates macrophages, produces nitric oxide, expands capillaries, energizes cells, and increases blood flow by expanding capillaries. Water and toxins clump together surrounding the cells and creating blockages. FIR rays break up the clump, improving the flow of good material into cells, and carrying away the bad. When cells are energized at the proper temperature, they are better able to function.
The Chi machine provides a full body massage including internal organs and all body systems. The Chi machine increases oxygen and blood flow. The “figure 8” motion is a very good aerobic exercise/massage for the spinal cord and moves cerebral spinal fluid.
Ionic Foot Bath
The ionic foot bath is thought to work through a type of osmosis. The water is at a higher frequency than the body so the body tries to equalize by releasing the lowest vibrations or toxins into the water.
Toxins are in the food we eat, the products we put on our skin, and even in the air that we breathe. They are impossible to avoid entirely. So what do we do? Our bodies are amazing. They can cleanse the toxins, but they need some help. The lymphatic system is our garbage collection system. It is a slow-moving system and can become sluggish and bogged down.

Becky is from Utah but is fond of her new home in Powell, Wyoming. Becky is married with 10 children. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family
Becky is from a large family and grew up in Southern Idaho and Northern Utah. I married young and started having a family. My first two marriages were difficult and abusive in their way. This led me on a path of self-awareness. She decided to take full responsibility for her life and relationships. This led her on a journey of healing. Over the past 18 years, she has experienced many types of therapy, self-help classes, and holistic healing modalities. Through her journey, she was led to certain people who have been crucial in her healing process. This has inspired her to open a business with holistic type therapies.

Becky Erkkila has been a registered nurse for 17 years. She loves working with clients to assist them to become the best version of themselves.
Becky bravely shares her story to raise awareness about the victim mentality of domestic violence. Her book, “What Shall I Do?” is a combination of a biography and a guided journal that motivates readers to take control of their lives while acknowledging the survival needed during difficult times.
Her story has given her the courage and determination to support others regardless of their circumstance to elevate them to a level of thriving.
