It does not govern the privacy practices of independent practitioners listed in the directory or third-party websites and services linked from our site.

Information you provide directly

Depending on how you use the Services, you may provide information such as:

• your name, email address, phone number, and other contact details;
• messages, questions, referral requests, or information submitted through the contact form;
• membership application information, business or practice name, location, website, social links, credentials, modalities, biography, photographs, logos, and other profile information;
• event details, organizer information, dates, locations, links, images, and descriptions;
• articles, resources, testimonials, or other content you choose to submit; and
• transaction or billing-related information if you purchase a membership or other paid service.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our website and service providers may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and similar log information.

Some information submitted by practitioners is specifically intended to be published. This can include a practitioner’s name, business name, city or service area, modalities, biography, photos, website, social links, event information, and contact details selected for the public profile.

Because public directory information can be viewed, indexed by search engines, shared, or copied by other people, do not submit information for public display that you want to keep private.

Visitors looking for healing support should avoid sending sensitive medical records, detailed diagnoses, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through general contact or referral forms unless a form specifically requests it and explains why it is needed.

5. When information may be shared

We may disclose information in limited circumstances, including:

• Service providers: vendors that help us host, secure, maintain, measure, communicate through, or otherwise operate the site;
• Public listings: information a practitioner, organizer, or contributor submits for publication;
• At your direction: when you ask us to connect you with a practitioner or otherwise authorize a disclosure;
• Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, court process, valid government requests, enforce our policies, investigate abuse or fraud, or protect rights and safety; and

Independent practitioners are responsible for their own privacy practices once you contact them directly or submit information through their own websites, forms, scheduling systems, or services.

6. Cookies, analytics, and security technology

The site may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, analytics, and performance. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect how parts of the site work.

Our contact forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile or similar anti-spam and security technology. These tools may process technical information about your browser, device, connection, and interaction with the security challenge in order to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.

We may also use hosting, analytics, embedded media, social-media, or other third-party technologies. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

Retention periods can vary by type of information. Public member content may remain visible until it is updated, removed, membership ends, or another legitimate reason requires a change. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion.

9. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask to review, correct, update, or remove personal information that you have provided to the Coalition, subject to legal, security, recordkeeping, and operational limitations.

Members may also request updates to public directory information. If you no longer want a particular public contact detail displayed, contact us and identify the profile and information you want changed.

You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings and can choose not to submit optional information through forms.

10. Children

The Coalition website and membership services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13 through general site forms. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the situation.

11. Third-party websites

The directory and resource pages may link to practitioner sites, social networks, scheduling services, maps, videos, payment services, and other third-party websites. We do not control those services. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date at the top.
